Each voter in every country has to vote for 2 Idols within each SMS. The voter cannot vote for the same Idol twice in the same SMS.
Note that in Philippines, voters need to type ‘VOTE” in SMS.

Voting Star Time
The lines for voting will be open from the beginning of the Performance Show on December 15, 2007 (all except Vietnam).
Voting End Time
The lines for voting will close at the end of Segment 8 (out of 10) of the Results Show on December 16, 2007 (approximately 90 minutes into the show).

Vietnam Voting
Vietnam is not able to broadcast the show on 15 December because of a must-carry political program, so Vietnam voting lines will open at the start of the airing of Performance Show December 14, 8.30pm Vietnam time, and stop temporarily 24 hours later on December 15, 8.30pm Vietnam time.
Voting will resume at the beginning of the airing of the Results Show on 16 December, 9pm Vietnam time and close at end of Segment 8 approximately 10.30pm Vietnam time.
